More Foams
Nike brings another familiar model with an added color but clear sole dubbed, "Cough Drops." Thank the pics to Footlocker Unlocked, and look for these to be dropping soon. If you already have the Blk/Red (solid sole) it may not be worth the $200; not to mention the classic royal blue colorway with the ice sole will be dropping in the near future.
Alife Public Naval
Grey Plaid covers the upper, with the signature Alife Red Stamp at the heel, and the sole is made out of some type of Cork material for sole comfort. Honestly some chill kicks for the upcoming months. Grab em for $88 at WishATL

95 GRAPES
Footlockerunlocked.com has provided us with pics for the Air Max 95's. The expected release date is this July. "The Nike running shoe known for its enormous heel air unit (which has shrunk over the years) and lively colors has become a lifestyle icon. The silohuette has remained mainly the same, but several details are constantly emerging with different colors. The supports in the air unit, the swoosh stitching and the lace-lits are the consistently updated elements."
Bad posture in the Bed Room
We have all had back pains, whether it be due to old age, accidents, physical activity, or whatever the case may be. You ever think this bone discomfort could come from the way you sleep? Similar to how bad posture effects your back; the same applies to the way you sleep. So here are some sleeping habits to heal your back pain.
I challenge you to try the positions below and see if you experience the difference.
Lying flat on your back forces your spine into an unnatural position, which can strain your muscles, joints, and nerves. "Your spine isn't meant to be straight," he says. "It has three natural curves: one in your lower back, one in the middle of your back, and one near your neck.

THE BEST POSITIONS TO SLEEP: 1) Fetal with a pillow in between your legs. ("Sleeping like a baby")
2) On your back, apply a small pillow under the back of your knee or achilles
DO NOT SLEEP LIKE THIS
Don't sleep on your stomach. Sleeping facedown can exaggerate the arch at the base of your spine and cause strain.Sleeping on your stomach forces your lower back into extension, and this jams your facets and shortens your muscles. Expect stomach cramps, aches, wrinkles, and pressure on your jaw muscle.

The Good ol' Pips look to make a return for the holiday season. The White/Black/Blue colorway will surely do justice. Osneaker has a sample sz. 9 on sale if can't wait. "It’s been nearly 15 years now and this shoe had never been retroed, but with its predecessor Air Max Uptempo (95) pending a retro drop and successor Total Max Uptempo having enjoyed a nice run of new colors, it’s only right to see the AM Uptempo 3s back on store shelves." Adidas Consortium Unforseen Pack
Sneakernews provided us with this upcoming Adidas pack. Yes, one of them glow in dark.
"The Campus GID seems to keep it simple, featuring all premium white leather, with an embossed logo on the tongue, but obviously we know that there’s more to this shoe; when flipping the lights reveals its glow upper. The Campus OG has become synonymous with many style-conscious groups, from bboys, to indie kids, to jazz heads. With such a recognizable shape, the navy nylon upper gets accented by flamingo laces and branding. And finally the Spezial, originally a staple for serious handballers, will transcend to being a fashion statement with its forest green textile upper, contrasting leather stripes, and four-zone construction OG midsole. If you haven’t already spotted these at your local Consortium dealer, expect the pack to drop soon."
