The Village
Inspiring Life, Cultivating Minds. The Village is a multi-faceted retail store that offers a wide array of goods that are as diverse as the culture they represent. The Village offers apparel lines such as Eat My Kicks products, ONLY!, and Vincit. We are truly interested in obtaining clothing lines owned/created by Hampton University alumni and students. This is centered around the premise that the City of Hampton would benefit from the creative outlets forged by Hampton U’s finest. Inversely, the City of Hampton would provide a market, inspiration, and feedback about the products and services provided through Hampton U. outlets. .
The Village operates under the framework of offering free services, such as yoga, seminars, and Wi-Fi, which increase awareness and expands our customer base. We seek to become an open market that exchanges and provides goods ranging from artwork to electronics. The Village is equipped with a lounge that serves to entertain, educate, and mentally engage our guests. As we grow, we look to cultivate relationships with guests that foster community uplift and building bridges. Our apparel and goods reflect the varied clientele that represents The Village, the student, blue collar, professional, military, and retired, because at The Village we don’t have customers we have guests.
